Lifeline Fire & Safety Systems - Diversification Strategy
Brief:
As a major supplier of fire suppression equipment to the motorsport industry, Lifeline wished to take advantage of their manufacturing process to provide systems for military use.
Deliverables:
With a number of significant defence exhibitions taking place in the UK, it was decided that attendance would be of paramount importance and so exhibition material and supporting brochures were developed to promote the company’s product range.
Outcomes:
Even at the first exhibition, there was a high level of interest and, although the lead time on MOD work is much longer than the company was used to dealing with in Motorsport, the resulting orders were of much higher volume.
